The macaroon very famous in everywhere with a very unique taste that makes us want to eat it a lot !!
actually i already studied at Singapore, and i easy to find Macaroon everywhere.. especially at supermarket : FairPrice Xtra, Giant, and Carrefour.. they sells in Frozen Macaroon.. but the taste is same like other Macaroon !!

Material:
Macaroon (white, pink, green):
300 g powdered sugar
300 g ground almonds
110 g of chicken egg white
Add dye cake
300 g sugar
75 g of water
110 g of chicken egg white
Macaroon layers:
Vanilla Filling:
300 g almond paste
100 g butter
1 stick of vanilla
1 teaspoon simple syrup
Green Tea Filling:
300 g almond paste
100 g butter
1 teaspoon green tea powder
1 teaspoon simple syrup
Raspberry Filling:
500 g frozen raspberries
225 g sugar
10 g pectin
Chocolate Filling:
200 g dark chocolate
200 g heavy cream
15 g glucose
Method:
Macaron: Almond powder and finely sifted powdered sugar, add egg whitesslightly and add the coloring to make up to form dough.
Cook sugar and water at a temperature of 116 ◦ C, pour into the egg whites tomake the Italian meringue.
Stir meringue with almond paste until smooth and shiny.
With a pastry bag spray, spray into birakan laoyang and rest for 30 minutes.
Bake in hot oven temperature of 160 C in a deck oven (can be a double tray)
Completion: Bring every 2 macaroon with a layer of material / filling
Filling: To manufacture green tea vanilla filling and filling, mix the almond paste in a mixer machine, add the butter (room temperature), add the coffee extract, (you can add a little syrup to mmendapatkan consistency as needed)
To manufacture Raspberry filling, the pan boiled raspberry puree and sugarsamapai at 80 ◦ C, enter the pectin and continue to boil until boiling, until slightlythickened texture similar hours / jam, chill.
Filling ready for macaroon layer.
